1.Main function of adjusting valve of air filter intake is to maintain air pressure within the range of 0.5-0.6Mpa, which is the working pressure for separating rubber rollers and opening the cylinder of feeding door.

2.Air pressure regulating valve is to adjust the shelling rate through the change of pressure between rubber rollers. In the case of short grain, ideal pressure should be 0.15-0.25Mpa. In the case of medium & long grain, ideal pressure should be 0.25-0.40Mpa.

3.In the case of ball valve is close, cylinder will not act. Even the switch which cause air pressure difference in cylinder (pressure of putting 2 rubber rollers into contact) is on, the cylinder will also not make any actions. This function is suitable for exchanging and changing rubber rollers.

4.When the level indicator detects empty-load signal of the feeding bin, those two cylinders will make actions to close feeding door and separate rubber rollers.
