Our Complete Rice Milling Line is meticulously designed to carry out multi-stage paddy processing, embodying a multi-pass system that ensures the production of well-milled, whole grains. The commercial objective of our rice milling is to mitigate mechanical stresses and prevent heat accumulation within the grain, which is crucial in minimizing grain breakage and achieving uniformly polished output.

Rice milling process:
Pre Cleaning | Clean out all impurities and unqualified grains from raw paddy |
De-stoning | Separate stones, clods from raw rice |
Parboiling (Alternative) | Soaking, boiling and drying the raw paddy, to improve the nutritious quality and milling recovery percent during husking, polishing, whitening. |
Husking | Remove husk from rice to get brown rice |
Husk aspiration | Separate husk from brown rice/ un-hulled rice |
Rice Separation | Use paddy separator to separate the unhusked paddy from brown rice |
Whitening | Remove all or part of the bran layer and germ from brown rice |
Polishing | Polishing the exterior of the milled rice and removing bran, to improve appearance of milled rice, make the rice kernels much shiner. |
Grading | Separate the rice into several classes, such as head rice, big broken, medium broken, small broken, etc. |
Length grader | Separate the broken rice from head rice according to the different lengths of rice. |

Color Sorting (Alternative) | Pick out the colored broken, immature and insected grains from milled rice |
Blending machine | Design to mixing head rice with predetermined amount of broken rice. |
