MNSW Rice Whitener with Emery Roller

MNSW series emery roller rice whitener is our improvement product basis of old design. This series of rice whitener is mainly suitable for whitening brown rice, it can be used alone or in series in production. It is suitable for grind at primary stage of white rice, and also good at in series to mill different precision requirements of rice milling. The structure of this series rice whitener is mature and stable with good technology and better economic effect

Characteristics:

1.       Longer emery roller makes more uniform white cover on rice, less broken rate;

2.       Using external suction fan with medium voltage, air delivery is on both ends of the spindle and feeding end, which can increase the wind flux in milling chamber, reduce the temperature of rice, the rice broken rate and bran content;

3.       Running board grading and rice secondary separate device at the exit, it has the function of cooling and purification of rice.

4.       The product has strong adaptability, not only can be used for primary stage of long and short rice milling, but also exquisite of rice milling in next process.
