Our Service Team Visited Nigeria

Since Jan 10th to 21th, our Sales Managers and Engineers visited Nigeria, to provide installation guiding and after-sales service for some of the end users. They visited different customers in Nigeria who purchased our machines in the past of 10 years. Our engineers did necessary inspection and mainteinance for all the rice milling machines, provided second training course for local workers and also gave some operation suggestions to the end users there. The customers are very happy to meet with us in Nigeria, they indicated that our machines are running stably, more advanced than the rice machines they purchased from India before, they are satisfied with the performance of our machines and would like to recommend our machines to their friends. The team also meet with some new customers in Nigeria and had a meeting with the local Chamber of Commerce, FOTMA is recommended by the Chamber of Commerce to their members and friends.
