MNSL series vertical emery roller rice whitener is a new designed equipment for brown rice milling for modern rice plant. It is suitable to polish and mill the long grain, short grain, parboiled rice, etc. This vertical rice whitening machine can meet customer's needs of processing different grade of rice maximally. It can either process normal rice with one machine, or process refined rice with two or more machines in series. It is newest generation of advanced brown rice milling and polishing machine with large yield.
Features：
1. Screw feeding system, lower feeding and upper discharging, can save elevators when use several units in series.
2. The finished rice after whitening is uniform white and less broken rate;
3. Auxiliary feeding by wringer, stable feeding, not affected by volatility of air volume;
4. Vertical whitening chamber to distribute evenly friction and abrasion;
5. The combination of air spraying and suction is conducive for bran/chaff drainage and prevent from bran/chaff blocking, no bran accumulation in bran suction tubes; Strong aspiration to enable lower rice temperature and higher power efficiency;
6. Equipped with side switch, ammeter and negative pressure meter display, easy on installation, operation and maintenance;
7. The direction of feeding and discharging can be changed according to production requirements;
8. Optional Intelligent device:
a. Touch screen control;
b. Frequency inverter for feeding flow rate regulation;
c. Auto anti-blocking control;
d. Auto chaff-cleaning.
