VS80 vertical emery & iron roller rice whitener is an new type whitener according to the basis of advantages improvement of the present emery roller rice whitener and iron roller rice whitener by our company, which is an idea equipment for processing different grade white rice of modern rice mill.
Characteristics:
1.The whitener is compact and small, occupy area is smaller. Because of the feed hopper can be whirl 360°, more convenient and flexible on installation.
2.It combines the features of both vertical emery roller whitener and vertical iron roller whitener, to process both long-grain and short-grain rice and produce different grade rice.
3.The special whitening chamber structure and emery strips on the roller and around the screen, help to effectively remove the rice bran and get lower broken rate, higher rice productivity.
4.Because of the special hole design for the screen, the hole is not easy to be blocked and can remove bran excellently, very little bran on the output rice.
5.Accurate control on the feeding flow and adjustable output door’s pressure, help to control the rice precision easily and conveniently. All of the control buttons are on the control plate, easy to operate.
6.Stainless steel screen, special heat treatment whitening roller, adjustable emery strip extend the service life and reduce the replacement cost of wearing parts.
